At least one example is in print:
When Orlanth was Desemborth, he was captured by Lord Kavan and locked into the Ebon Cage. Thunder Rebels, p 221.
That is to say, Orlanth was confined in the Underworld. This is a definition of
death. Orlanth escaped with Yinkin's help.

Perhaps others examples are in print as well.
