Of course. However the person that might be insulted is the haughty High Llama rider who thinks that his being a follower of the Khan of Khans should afford him more repect than a worker in a slaughterhouse. (This could work both ways too - Cultures who might only recognise Waha as a butcher but not a leader may misconstrue the relationship between Nomads and assume the most important personm is actually the follower of one of the minor praxian societies - Little Brother,Bright Treasure or one of the three feathered rivals for instance...
