Yes, though the nature of that physical body can vary.

Oh yes, absolutely.

Not too long, correct.
In HQ terms, as long as the scenario needs. Other guidelines: if it's summoned "from nothing," then a pretty short time. If it inhabits a body (perhaps a descendant alynx for Gavrenkin, a statue for the certamus) then longer. But it will be come a struggle for them.
