[Glorantha] Ducks

I wonder if I'm the only Glorantha fan who does his best to treat the Ducks as a serious fantasy species, and not just a source of cheap donald-duck gags?

Neither I nor my players respond well to silly off-genre humor in our games.

I do like the KoDP approach to the ducks. As far as I can tell they are theists and have a version of the Orlanthi culture that is recognizable to their fellow Sartari.

Heck, there is a duck in the Household of Death, and he is a perfectly serious character, and doesn't have a humorous speech impediment,
