Dara Happans and Pentan nomads both worship the sun, and are quite different cultures. And Teshnos was described as having a solar pantheon, and it's even more different!

Some members of the Orlanthi Barbarian Belt aren't even tribal. On the other hand, the EWF was run by storm folk.

And I think the urban folk of Nochet can be considered to worship the storm pantheon. They're obviously not much like the folk of Brolia!
