Everything with discrete (material or immaterial) existence is a _being_ ; everything with its own soul, essence, or spirit is an _entity_.
Nysalor and Arkat were two separate beings, but Gbaji is a single entity.
A counter-example would be the Machine God Zistor, who was a being, but not an entity.
Or, there are some entities in the philosophical planes that are not also beings, although (and because of the fact that) their existence cannot be proven.
