Intuitively I'd say the Soul Wound (that is, vampirism) can not be healed, or at least it should be epically difficult (not just a question of finding a Chalana Arroy healer). In RQ a vampire is a true undead, and doesn't have the POW (soul) stat at all. What the vampire has is Magic Points (soul energy) that is slowly leaking out and must constantly renewed from victims.
