I think that vampirism is simply a strategy for (medium term) personal survival, given that you are being eaten out from the inside by the void. I don't see how the act of vampirism would introduce a chaos taint, beyond what the wound has already inflicted on you.

However I don't think that merely being drained a bit is enough to inflict the soul wound, I think doing that costs the vampire as well as the victim.

Corruption by Chaos will inevitably annihilate the Great Self, so what chance of Liberation then?
