I agree - I don't think there is a Chalana Arroy "out", or anything else. I'm enamoured of the idea of being sent on a HQ by the vampire. But I believe there's almost always only two endings - death, possibly being "rescued" by your god if you're lucky given that most (all?) vampires will be associated with chaos, and becoming a vampire. IMO, that doesn't necessarily ruin the game. It may take years for an inadvertently "made" vampire to become nasty - they may well start out just the same as they were as a PC. Oh, except they don't have a soul. And they're undead. I can imagine the surprise (MGF) to the original vampire as it chomps on someone and (MGF) sends them "off" - "bugger, that wasn't supposed to happen".
