[Glorantha] Destroying Vivamort

The Hero Plane, or perhaps the Underworld actualy but yes I think this is perfectly reasonable. That doesn't mean that all vampires would necesserily dissipate into nothing as a result, but they'd surely end up with some pretty awesome anti-vampire magic as a result.
