     Probably not canonical, but there was an old RQ scenario in which the PCs descended to Queen Oggzag's Hall in the Underworld. The quest was to find the discarded crust of Ernalda's First Loaf. That was done without crossing the Styx, although it was one of the options for leaving. It was in an old TotRM. We enjoyed it, and my PC treasures her remaining Crumb to this day.
