[Glorantha] Coal and Oil

I'm not sure about Naphtha being "pretty rare", it was collected and used but nothing like the volumes that we use nowadays. But the source is the cult of Caladra and Aurelion where coal and oil are called "firebone" and "earthblood" (Cults Compendium p230).
