If you are probably wrong, then that makes two of us. I always got the impression that reincarnation (though perhaps not immediately) was considered some kind of norm, and that other life after death experiences were exceptional. Humakti are an obvious example of that. Praxians certainly believe in it or they wouldn't get so wound up about people not using the Peaceful Cut on their herd animals, preventing their souls [generic context!] from reuniting with Eiritha and continuing the life-death rebirth cycle. Furthermore, I always got the impression from the early cult write ups that even among deities whose worshippers got a guaranteed afterlife, for many of them, this was a respite from the rigours of mortal life, and a reward for their devotion. Eventually though, most would rejoin the cycle.

I don't really know enough about the Malkioni to comment, but it would surprise me if they don't have a specially named heresy for the belief.
