However, he leads a horde of nomads through the grantlands. The White Bull Army does not have the sort of disclipline that civilized armies have. Groups spin off from the White Bull Army continuously, seeking better grazing, supplies, pillage, and so on. Ater the White Bull Army sacks Pavis, many other Praxians with grudges or desires for booty will raid the outlying settlements without fear of reprisal.
