No. Malkioni myths stretch back consistently to the Golden Age (or as consistently as any myths do, anyway) and, in those myths, God has always been a single ultimate being, venerated through sorcery/wizardry. This is the approach taken in /Heroes of Malkion/, and in /Revealed Mythologies/, for that matter. YGWV, of course.

To say otherwise would be, to me, tantamount to saying that Malkionism is objectively 'wrong' in some of its most central tenets. It'd be like discovering Ernalda was loyal to Yelm all along, and has never really been married to Orlanth, except in some myths made up by Dawn Age missionaries from whole cloth. Nothing wrong with it, if you want it as a plot point in your games, but I don't think the Malkioni being 'wrong', and everyone else 'right', will ever be a part of official Glorantha. Sure, this is a contradiction, but that's the nature of Gloranthan myth...
