Could but almost certainly wouldn't. In the same way an individual could follow Humakt and Ernalda. Apart from the lack of inclination there are social taboos about sharing a hearth with Humatki. If you won't share a hearth with them are you going to eat food they've prepared?

Is he? or is it the human perception of him that's limited in range? Bear in mind that there are lots of variants of the Humatki cult - perhaps the one which allows assassins has a cheesecake recipe which hides poison well.
