Cv, I'd think. Sword and spear instead of bows. No doubt they also have javelins, but still Cv.

I'd think auxia rather than psiloi for the great mass of Sartarite skirmishers. Rather than young greek boys with slings, we have sword and spear armed skirmishers who move well in rough terrain and can fight hand-to-hand. Skirmishing with bows, javelins and slings.

I forgot that. Spear, auxia and warband indeed.

In the 1602 war there are definitely some blades, namely the cult of Humakt led by the Household of Death. Other than that the warriors will indeed propably be warbands of various grades, and some irregular cavalry.

I'm not sure about the storm walkers. Parhaps a heroic fast warband (like a general's unit, with a +1 to fighting strength).
