[Glorantha] Emperor and his bodyguard

When will we see some offiscial detail on the Red Emperor? I have no idea how powerful a magician he is supposed to be, and how competent othervice.

The original Takenegi was obviously a pretty tough character. A lunar Daemon, or demigod, who was practically immortal (like a dragonewt).

Since some of the Egi vere killed by Sheng Seleris, the Emperor isn't quite who he was. Some aspects are still reborn, but a lot of thing is different in every incarnation.

How powerful is he these days?

Also what is the emperor's bodyguard like? I'm not talking about the hundreads and thousands of household troops he has, but that handful that stays close and guards his life day in and day out.

I'm guessing the lunar style would be to have seven very skilled people in his bodyguard, the equivalent of heortling clan champions, or something like that. What cult would they belong to? Would they worship and gain magic from the emperor himself, or would they be something like Yanafali? Would they be from several cults, each chosen by his/her own merits.   In the battlefield, all seven would be with the Emperor if possible, during peace time, at least two would be with him at all times.
