[Glorantha] Emperor and his bodyguard

I have always been fascinated by the way Roman Emperors and other powerful figures in history used foreign elite troops as bodyguards.

For instance the "germani corporis custodes" who were considered less corruptible because of their foreign blood. Choosing bodyguards from exotic and fearsome mercenaries, especially from disputed territories, creates a mystique, and an element of unknown or unpredictability.

Maybe, as well as the more formal elite troops from the best regiments the Red Empower has a small band of hand-picked Pentan Horsemen or loyal Talastar Berserker Axemen.
