[Glorantha] Egglord Warlocks

I've been wondering about this group. The obvious implication is that they have some connectin to the dragonewts.

Going with the themes of an EWF revival in my own campaign (and the offiscial KoS stuff too), I'd say these are a new development in the Hero Wars (as opposed to something age old and native to Sartar).

Here's my guess.

Sometimes a dragonewt's soul is destroyed and it is never reborn from it's egg. The egg, on the other hand, is not destroyed, and sit's in the nest.

At some point, sombody who knows the secrets of the EWF get's a group of human magicians together, and helps them attune themselves to these eggs. These magicians (or warlocks) get a powerful source of draconic power and become a magical Heroband.
