KoS 120 - Derik Pol Joni dreams of the "Horse Path" and traveled it until he finds the Black Net. With the Net he "pulls in his followers from the dream" and creates the horse riding nomads we know as the Pol Joni.

KoS 193 - The Horse-riding prisoners after the Battle of Alavan Argay (Praxians unite to beat the snot out of the the Golden Horse Tribe (one of the Pure Horse Tribes of Pent) of that had been free-wheeling around Prax since they'd been brought in by the EWF in 714) disappear while "under the black net" which had been placed over them by the Praxian Leader. The praxians assumed that the Black net had destroyed them.

So, two instances of a "Black net" in combination with Horses.

One thing I'll point out - you can't Bring Something Back from a quest unless you Took Something In - so I'd say that Derek's quest changed the lives of his followers, not actually returned the bodies of the Horse Riders from the "dream". The followers of Derek learned GHT "tricks" to let horses survive in Prax. Also, probably, got plenty of that horse-riding magic. But they are not Grazers.
