The cure for death is any form of resurrection - Chalana Arroy, Divine Intervention, etc. Once the character dies, I'd say that the Seal Wound spell wears off - it is listed as "Temporal", not "Instant"

To get rid of Seal Wound, use Dispell magic or its equivalents before you apply any healing magic/first aid.
