One thing we know for definite is that the people of Sun County (the real one in Prax, not the almost undocumented one in Dragon Pass!) have blonde hair and brown eyes. I have no idea whether this extends to other Solar types, but I would expect it to.

ISTR that long after all the artists had drawn Heortlings as roughly European, Greg said that he'd always intended them to be dark skinned. (shrug) A bit late (several decades late) to change it now in Generally Accepted Glorantha, but no reason why you shouldn't borrow the idea for yours, if you can see a reason for it.

There is a real-world correlation between high temperature climates and dark skin, for reasons to do with vitamin production, but Glorantha is more likely to have a magical reason for skin colour.

Except for Esrolian Humakti who wear black silk and a lot of lace :)
