Huh? It's documented in "Sun County". Which is set in Glorantha. And before that, in "Pavis", I think, in the cut-down version of Sun County there, though I don't have it around to check.

well, yes, and how else does any other bit of Glorantha get documented? It's been out, published, and used, for a few decades. It's even an "official" publication, if that concerns you at all.

Yes. And vitamin D production.

Exactly, hence our losing our pigmentation as we migrated north. But I wasn't going to bother with details, since the thing that matters is that the cause in the RW is irrelevant in Glorantha, and so is the correlation.
