Interestig theory, but Carmania wasn't founded untill the 8th Century, so it's fairly recent in a second age campaign, and certainly many hundreds of years after the Theyalans spread the Orlanthi religion after the dawn.

Now that's a nice theory. Maybe the Mostali have records of a broken Mostali that is rumoured to have found a home among the storm worshiping humans.
