The only date that I have about Valkaro comes from the Sog City guidebook (p9) where he is listed as a delegate for the Fifth Ecclesiastical Council in 821 ST. But this source is less than authoritative.

However:

Valkaro, disturbed at the perfidy of the Jrusteli Empire
and the God-Learners left his rich home and lands to
travel to the distant East Isles. There he preached the
Malkioni Liberation, and succeeded in converting all
the inhabitants of one island to that philosophy. He
defended his converts against the Eastern Seas Empire
in a famous war instigated by Brithini diplomats.

Now if the God Learners actually controlled a large chunk of Vithela at the time, the war wouldn't be quite so famous.

The only reconciliation that I can see is that Valkaro is the William Penn of Vithela (persecuted in England for being a Quaker yet became the owner of Pennsylvannia under the aegis of the British crown). The famous war has happened in the past and the Haragalans have attached themselves to the God Learners and/or Valkaro after his victory.

>But, I also assume that this (and the other startling things
>Peter mentions) can fall under YGWV, as the MRQ publications
>may not necessarily match the Moon Design HQ publications,
>which may not necessarily match things that Greg writes.

I have no idea on what the policy on differences is which is why I forbore from labelling some of the startling things as errors.
