To add to my list of contradictions HQ also gives Deezola as the sample Tarshite healer cult with three affinities.

And of course in HQ p.112 is listed as the Lunar Goddess of the Crescent Come phase but in ILH2 she is a non-Lunar moon goddess and her role as phase-goddess has been taken over by Ulurda - however at least in this case there is at least some explanation for the change.
