No, that's merely a lack of light :) Seriously, in Glorantha, Darkness is an entity in its own right. Hard to remember, I know.

Both, IMO. She's her mother's daughter as well as her father's, it's just a question of emphasis. Her fighting style is usually "there is always another way", after all.
