I think you're both misunderstanding somehing, albeit something terribly complex...
Gloranthan Truth, such as it exists, is part of the nature of the Spirit Plane, God Plane, Saint Plane, Physical World, and other immutable parts of Glorantha.
However ..
Gloranthan Doubt is just as entrenched in the cosmos, in the form of the Gods War/Hero Plane, where ancient truths may be battled over, and either defeated or reaffirmed, or whatever ...
New truths can be created in the Hero Plane --- but no-one said it would be easy ... ;-)
