The most detailed description I know of is in the MRQ Magic of Glorantha book. It seems that the more advanced practitioners become increasingly draconic (in appearance and personality) ad their powers develop, but there is no mention of Utuma. (It may fit in there somewhere but it isn't in the standard development).
