Only if the messages are public. I'm not sure if that applies to the new list: worth checking/suggesting, perhaps.

Sadly, this doesn't appear to be the case. I've got a few Ygroups as RSS feeds, and none of their messages turn up in Google. I believe Yahoo did something to deliberately stop it a while back :(
