Hmm, this is exactly what my

to answer -- but uselessly it doesn't mention Spol.
Without digging, I'd guess that the unfinished work The Fortunate Succession is your bet bet. The index lists three pages for Spolitism.
P.S. If you do come up with a Spol bibliograhy I'd be happy to add it to my Geographical Index.
