[Glorantha] JarEel Vinga Thought (and some thoughts on this list)

In my current HQ game, I decided to include a meeting with JarEel, and since some of PCs used Soul Vision to examine her, I had to figure out how she appeared to those Storm Tribe worshipers. I decided that she appears to be Vinga (though with an aura that reflects the current phase of the Moon). A subsequent Other Side encounter confirmed for one PC that she was Vinga. (That was a decision that the PC made in order to determine how to interact with her.) This doesn't mean that she is an avatar of Vinga necessarily, but that she is something indistinguishable from that to a less-than-one-mastery Soul Vision ability. Vinga's mother could be Rausa in this version.

I realize this explanation may be too neat or tidy, but it provides an easy explanation for how she ran up the cliffs of Boldhome, and it tells me something of the nature of the Moonsword cult. I suspect this won't be remotely close to the official version, but I don't have time to wait for that. Does anyone have any knowledge (canon, fan, etc.) that works with or against this? I looked in written sources I have, and I searched online, but I didn't find much on the nature of JarEel.

Now onto another thing: I posted to this list because I'm not worried about the official nature of this (so the WoG list seems inappropriate), and I'd like to poll the collective brainpower of this list. This list seems to be the obvious "Open Glorantha" list, and I'll be sad to see it go, if it does. However, I realize that I'm not a Decider, but until this list leaves, I like the option to post oddball items here.
