I may throw that at the GloranthaCookery list. Or I may not. Simmered in white wine with a pinch of thyme is my preferred method, but troll tastes probably differ.

Presumably. But my PCs are not trolls, so that option is less relevant. Of course, they don't speak (much) Darktongue, either, and anyone who does is probably a troll...
