[Glorantha] Trying to remember a trollish spell

I'm pretty sure that long, long ago, I saw a writeup for a troll cult that included a spell for effectively grabbing the attention of everyone in the vicinity. All attack spells had to be aimed at the caster, all missiles went their way, and so on. (I assume it was backed up by heavy armour and a lot of hit points). Can anyone remind me what cult this might have been, and where I saw it?
