"The Wild Hunt", a fanzine of the APA, published in the 70s. Have a look at the MIG for the Glorantha related articles. There was a campaign log by Greg Stafford: "Dragons Past # 1 - 3" (# 3 is in issue 38) and "Son of Sartar # 1 - 4" (issues 42, 45, 46, and 47).
Most of the informations contained there were published in Wyrms Footnotes, and reprinted again in Wyrms Footprints "Sartar High Council".

He is in "Masters of Luck an Death", part of the "Five-Rune Ring" heroband (p. 58 - 59).
