Of course you can. The Orlanthi hell will be like the Norse one - bitterly cold and dark, sharp ice beneath you feet and Valind's the only wind. Judging by where trolls have ended up this is probably Wonderhome.

Then the Pentan one will be endless scrubland and desert with not a single blade of grass to feed a horse. Not that you've got a horse.

A nice thing about Glorantha is the multiple hells. However you want to torture a lost soul there's a hell specially for that.
