All of them inasfar they were touched by the road, not all of them as in "all of Destor's camps in Destor's Hills". After all this was to be a useful trade road, not a pilgrims' zigzagging path.

What I remember from Sartar's Roads are the more or less regular roadside stops with shrines. It makes sort of sense if Sartar's successors too positioned such shrines at the meaningful places that offered themselves when planning that road.

Basically, this could be a fun scenario: Prince Temertain has been made aware of the tradition of princely roadbuilders, and has given a fellow sage the task of directing the scouting and measuring of a most auspicious road. Maximum Game Fun puts it in or near Your Clan's tula, or gets Your Heroes involved. Accompany the sage as he is told a mixture of truths and bollox about the powers of the land, and help him decide on the most auspicious route (that ridge won't be trouble...).
