Timothy Torres:
>Nils, keep using your boddhisatva analogy.
Oh, I will!
To Peter: I'm sorry about the impatient tone in my last message. A touch
(fortunately mild) of migraine (sp?) has worn down my tolerance severely.

Erik on dwarf communication systems:
To diminish the problem with overloaded nilmergs and system break-downs,
>I imagine gold dwarves may
>communicate by scribbling comments on plates of gold, which are
>carried by nimble nilmergs (of the E-class) to the intended
>recipient(s).
...
some innovative dwarves have invented a technique they call 'garbage
collection'. Specially programmed nilmergs run around checking all
E-nilmergs. If they find one who carries a gold plate which is no longer
referenced, they take the plate and return it to the foundry for reuse.
