The Agimori worship him as their ancestor, King of the
Gods, and Lord of Fire. They emphasize his more combative aspects,
for obvious reasons. He is their head god, but most of them don't
worship him. Instead, the majority of the tribe stick to ancestor
worship or Foundchild (whom they perceive as a gift of Lodril). Of
course, since Lodril is an ancestor, too, they all participate in
the Holy Day ceremonies regardless of other gods.
And yes I think that if enough Summon Lodril points got
together it might create a new volcano. I'm not pro-dullness, I just
want the everyday normal activities in Glorantha to be comparable
to those of Earth. Thus, if the Earth cult came to attack your
fortress, I'd _expect_ hundreds of gnomes to try to bring warriors
under the walls. But that would be unusual, and thus remarkable.
It's important to me that a typical Gloranthan fort be able to be
made pretty much like an Earthly fort and other common Gloranthan
things to be a lot like Earthly things, so that GMs can use earthly
sources for inspirations and ideas. That's not the same as saying
that I want everything to remain exactly like Earth, especially not
the cultures. But when a farmer goes out to farm, I think he has to
plow, sow, and harvest. If the PCs go to visit the City of Ten
Thousand Magicians they may well see men using gnomes to plow their
field, walking plants to sow the seeds, and intelligent sylphs to
suck up the grain and blow off the chaff, but that should NOT be the
norm, or it won't be cool to see.
