Who's trying to sell you more rules? Not me. I'm just pointing out that
there is a lack of such persons in many (not all) published Gloranthan
sources. The Wise Woman of Black Rock is an example, I suppose, but further
along the continuum from Independent to Establishment than the people I'm
really interested in.
