I just thought of a possible RW model exploring for Harstar's Melib.
This is Sikhism which was originally a mediative religion before a
warrior code was formed (after the repression of the Mughals became
too much).
Thus Harstar has formed (or is in the process of forming) a Warrior
Code which is drawing upon traditional Teshnan precepts and magics
to produce fearsome fighters as opposed to the 'police force' on
the mainland.
