G'day all (this is Andrew Bean emailing)
Why don't we subcontract it out to the German RQ society ? They are
talking about going international (I'm the prospective Australia rep)
and it sounds like just the kind of service such a club should provide.
Although I agree about the independent arbiter and a central person to
coordinate requests.
