Is there any reason anyone can't do this? It seems a game notion to say
that only a shaman can. Are you saying that someone who is knows lots about
spirits and the spirit plane can learn how to do a binding without resorting
to magic? (ie. Control spell is just an easy person's binding - if you have
the time and knowledge to learn it, you could learn binding as a straight
skill).
