How does Sense Assasin work?

A query that has arisen from my game: How does the Humakti skill Sense Assasin
work?

I've told my Humakti player that it isn't a supernatural sense like the Storm
Bull's Sense Chaos. Rather it is an ability to read tactical and body cues to
asssess the intention of someone you can see or otherwise perceive. So if there
is an Assasin within 50m but behind a brick wall then it won't work.

Does anyone else think I'm being unfair about this?
