Time and Calendars

Hi All

Peter M.

I suspect that the Kralori Calendar dates to before the
Sun-Stop not before time (as stated in obviously false works by AH).
After all we know that time was changed and the years were shorter
after that event. Perhaps we are missing a whole season (8 weeks).

That would make a 50 week year for the Theylans.
What element would that season represent? (Moon or Chaos?)

BTW does anyone know why the order of the seasons is wrong?

It should obviously be:

Dark Deep Winter
Sea Spring
Earth Early Summer
Fire Late Summer/Early Autumn
Storm Late Autumn/Early Winter

The suposed paradox WRT to Chalana Arroy & SB & the Devil
is the result of misinformed scholars who have confused Wakboth
(the Devil in the Storm Bull story who is merely trapped under
the Block and not dead, therefore never went to Hell!) with Kajabor,
Entropy, God-Killer. Because Time was formed from Kajabor we
automatically age, we forget things and generally things get worn
out with use (rather than slowly getting more fit for the purpose).

Thus Chalana Arroy can heal Storm Bull's wounds and then wander down
to Hell to await Kajabor who was killed later.

Cheers
        Lewis
