Hi all,
Pam doubts that lunar officers have a crimson sash.
For this idea, I took inspiration from the french
army before the revolution.
All the officers wore a white sash, as a symbol of
leadership.

In my uninformed opinion:
Raibanth as imperial capital has somewhere around
15% of its population that are Yelm initiates.
Yuttuappa and Alkoth are somewhere around 10%.
The other Darra Happans towns are between 5 and 10%.
In Peloria, well, maybe 5%.
Among the solar Pentans (including the Char Un),
between 10 and 15%.
In each case, the estimation is greater than the
noble population, ie some members are non-nobles.
