I can't give you the exact details (as I don't know 'em) but I assume
from your questions that you haven't seen any gloranthan stuff since
RQ3 was first released. A list of available material that has been
published since then can be found at:
http://www.pensee.com/dunham/glorantha/products
Most of these came out within the past seven or eight years.
For the future, there is Bob's statement which was made in digest
v04.n003 or chaosium digest volume 17 number 7 which details plans
for a 25mm minatures game and a gloranathan role-playing game
(based on Pendragon mechanics). That is what Chaosium intends to
do. AH (as I understand) still has the rights to put out gloranthan
material using RQ rules and they have announced plans to issue two
supplements detailing the land of Imther.
It was rereleased as Dragon Pass by AH.

On a Praxian newlywed couple.
>Okay with that said (comments?), I lead into my question: Who provides
>the (or does anyone?) dowry to start the couple's new herd?
Some suggestions:
a) The couple live with the mother of the bride and the wife help
tends the flock until the birth of their first born.
b) The mother loans some cattle. I don't think it would be the
father who does so as he only has captured beasts which are male
property.
c) A herd beast is symbolically adopted when the marriage occurs.
