I can't swear to this off the top of my head, but I _believe_ it's
in one of the Shards of the One True Trollpak. (Into the Troll Realms
would be my top guess.)

Allying with trolls would seem a fairly heretical thing for Pentans
to do. (Cursed Dupes of Darkness, etc, etc. I wonder if the Storm
Pentans have the same hangups, or significantly modified ones...)

This likely won't help much, but basically, Anything and Everything.
IIRC the Stuff is explained as bits of broken myth, which is a green
light if ever I saw one to inserting anything you like which looks
Meaningful, but doesn't actually have any real mythic (or otherwise)
significance. This is a perfect excuse to throw in a Plot Device, or
to just slip in whatever irrational creation your subconscious insists
on, but won't "fit" elsewhere in Glorantha.
One sort of "hook" might be to throw in some sort of Pentan items of
pre-Night-of-Horrors origin, say. This (whatever it is) looks Oddly
Familiar to the guys, but don't actually Make Sense in the light of
their current mythology.
