Sigh. IMO, administrators who can't configure their mailers correctly
should be put up against the wall right next to all those scummy
mass-mail-marketers. In any case, I got the nasty address off the
list, and sent our "friends" at TXMAIL@UTXDP.DP.UTEXAS.EDU and at
postmaster@TXMAIL@UTXDP.DP.UTEXAS.EDU letters explaining their mail
system is badly broken. Feel free to do the same.
